So my exbawks uno done borked.
(The VCR to the left)
So after over a year of this thing not skipping a beat, it suddenly has issues connecting to the internet wirelessly. Doing a network check has it straight-up tell me there’s hardware issues and I need to send it in for repairs. Not a problem, just take the Ethernet cable from my PC and plug it in to the ‘box. But the controller doesn’t wanna connect. Had to get a wire for that one too and for a while it works, but just recently I was playing an FPS and suddenly my guy is acting all stupid, looking down and running around in circles and just not responding. First thought it was the controller’s fault, but when I disconnect it, the guy on the screen is still running around in circles and dying in the most idiotic fashion possible. Just when Arkham Knight is around the corner....
So do I have to send this off to Microsoft to get it fixed, or is there a cheaper third party option I can look towards?

A cheaper alternative?
Realistically though, sending it into Microsoft is the best way. You don’t want a botched repair that leads to more repairs.

If it’s under warrenty have Microsoft fix it, if it’s not under warrenty still have Microsoft fix it and pay them

I have said alternative. But that’s not getting Arkham Knight or Just Cause 3, so....
